Eqvitec Partners is a privately owned and independent Nordic private equity firm, advising six funds with a total capital base of over €500 million. Equity funds invest in technology companies in all phases from early-stage to buyouts. Mezzanine funds focus on buyouts and expansion financing.
Eqvitec Partners have offices in Helsinki and Stockholm.
In 2010-2011, Verdane Capital acquired two of Eqvitec's funds (Eqvitec Technology Fund II and Eqvitec Technology Fund III) and Armada (a spin-out from Eqvitec) acquired Eqvitec's mezzanine funds (Eqvitec Mezzanine Technology Fund II and Eqvitec Mezzanine Technology Fund III).
